All tattoos and piercings are custom services, created specifically for each client.
Due to the personalized nature of these services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the work has begun.

Deposits for appointments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Rise Up Tattoo and Piercing.

Products (Aftercare, Jewelry, Merchandise)

For products purchased directly from Rise Up Tattoo and Piercing, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
